Ever since the world began I guess my mom was really born as a book lover, I can’t understand the way she felt about books. Specially to novels about crime cases, she prefer reading than watching movies. I’m impressed on how she was devoted to her hobby. Somehow, she kept on telling me to try reading and perhaps be a book lover too. Well, at first I tried as much as I can. I’ve read Nancy Drew’s novel but I can’t hardly even finish any of them HAHA. Before I always feel like dehydrated and the worst my nose bleeds, hehe just kidding. It’s just that reading is out of my league.
But not that bad, I like comics especially Archie’s. I just love it, the drawings, colors it was lovely. And I don’t easily get bored reading it because they talk less, more on drawings. Slowly, I find reading, is a path to learn facts about life. Sounds like I’m getting into it, haha. Because my laziness in terms of reading, blocks my interest about books that’s why my mom never forces me to do so. And it just came to me, "I want to love reading but not novels, fictions but facts. Which I found out that the characteristic of a reading material that I’m searching for was in Reader’s Digest. I think this is the perfect reading material I would totally love to read. Well, in fact my mom started to subscribe Reader’s Digest and hopefully will be receiving 1 RD book every month, sounds great! And I learned from this simple experience that not all things that you don’t like, will just end up hating it all your life because you’ll never know there are things that God really plans for you and just waiting the right time for you to discover those. ^_^
